Xbox 360 Tomb

What's the newest Xbox 360 Tomb Raider as of December 2010?

Your answer can be summed up into a $16 product called - Tomb Raider Underworld.

This newest 'expansion' (as I would call it), is a continuation of  Tomb Raider Lengend (a $38 product). If you were to buy both Tomb Raider's today, you'd total up to $54, which is the going rate of any game today.

What's in this Xbox 360 Tomb expansion?

Well, in my opinion, the makers of Tomb Raider Legend made this expansion to cover up some of their 'blips'.

Tomb Raider Underworld's main improvements are:

     1. New Melee Combat System - Involves actual skill to determine when to use attack or defensive moves.

     2. Enhanced Graphics - More realistic graphics than Tomb Raider Legend.

     3. Realistic Environment - Footprints will be left in the mud, shirt will show 'slippery' fabric when it's wet, water dries up... etc.  (This is very cool actually!)

     4. Improved AI System - Enemies now have a better AI. This allows them to attack at certain times, retreat when necessary, and even make a tactical group attack on you!

My review on it:

I think this new expansion was a cover up for all the mistakes made in Tomb Raider Legend. That does not mean this game isn't worth buying though! There are lots of new places to explore, and many more adventures to embark on. If you already have Tomb Raider Legend, you might as well pitch in $16 to get all these cool new features. However, if you do not have Tomb Raider Legend, you can still buy Underworld and play it as is, but it is a continuation of Legend, so beware!

I have found the cheapest rate possible for Xbox 360 Tomb Raider Underworld. Where else to buy it, but Amazon! Here is the link I dug up:
